Become a part of something special at Wednesdays at the Depot, a monthly gathering that celebrates the rich culture and vibrant community spirit of Old Town Bay St. Louis. Held at the historic L&N Train Depot Grounds, this event series features local music, food, and crafts, fostering a sense of community and fun.

Please provide a detailed list of the products or services you intend to offer. All items are subject to approval by the event organizers.

Vendor Space Information, Terms, and Guidelines:

Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 11:00 AM on the event day.
Tear-Down: Must by completed by 10:30 PM on the event day.
Vendors must check in upon arrival for booth assignments and vendor packets.
Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, tables, chairs, weights, electrical cords. ALL CANOPIES/TENTS MUST HAVE PROPER WEIGHTS- NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Mississippi Department of Revenue requires all vendors to submit 7% state sales tax. Your completed form from your vendor packet and sales tax will be collected by a representative of Wednesdays at the Depot at the end of the event. Failure to do so will automatically disqualify you from participating in any future Wednesdays at the Depot event.
Display boundaries must be respected with no extension beyond assigned space.
Event participation requires compliance with all rules, including sales tax collection and prohibition on certain sales.
Space assignments are final, with specific regulations for food vendors.
Unauthorized vending and failure to comply with event rules will result in removal and future participation bans.
Vendors understand that this event is an outdoor event vulnerable to weather.
Wednesdays at the Depot and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the event.

Insurance:

All food vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Rules and Regulations:

By submitting this form I understand and agree to the following:

Sales Tax: I agree to collect and remit Mississippi State Sales Tax (7%) as required. Please bring a check for sales tax with you to the event.
Prohibited Items: No guns, ammunition, weapons of any kind, or animals will be sold.
Beverage Sales: I understand that selling beverages is not permitted as it is reserved for the event fundraiser.
Compliance: I agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
Wednesdays at the Depot Merchandise: I understand Wednesdays at the Depot reserves the right to sell official event merchandise. Vendors must declare all products for sale with this application and comply with all applicable regulations.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for future Wednesdays at the Depot events and are not eligible for a refund of any associated fees.
